OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION FROM THE 35TH NATIONAL CONVENTION COMMITTEE
The UNIBOA 35th National Convention Committee extends warm greetings and sincere appreciation to all members for your continued commitment, cooperation, and support as we prepare for the 35th National Convention, which will be held September 4–7, 2026, in Louisville, Kentucky. As preparations continue, the Convention Committee wishes to remind all members, chapters, committees, officers, and supporters that maintaining one unified, accurate, and professional message is essential to the success of our National Convention. To preserve the integrity of the 35th National Convention and ensure that all information released to the public is accurate, consistent, and officially authorized, no member, chapter, committee, officer, or individual is authorized to create, publish, print, distribute, circulate, or represent any UNIBOA 35th National Convention document, flyer, advertisement, banner, press release, social media graphic, promotional material, or any other official communication without the prior written approval of the 35th National Convention Committee.
Any Convention-related document, flyer, press release, advertisement, banner, or promotional material that has not received formal authorization from the Convention Committee shall be considered unofficial and must not be distributed, shared, or represented as an official publication or communication of the United Bassa Organizations in the Americas Inc. (UNIBOA). The Convention Committee has established an official Media and Communications Team, which serves as the sole body responsible for preparing, publishing, and disseminating all official Convention information.
Accordingly, all official press releases, public statements, Convention announcements, promotional materials, and media communications shall be issued exclusively through the UNIBOA 35th National Convention Committee and its Official Media and Communications Team.
No officer, chapter, committee, organization, or individual member is authorized to issue, publish, distribute, or circulate any official Convention press release, media statement, public announcement, or news release on behalf of the Convention Committee without prior written authorization from the Convention Committee.

Official Communications issued by the UNIBOA 35th National Convention Committee Members and the general public are encouraged to rely only on these official sources for Convention information. The Convention Committee respectfully requests that all members refrain from creating, distributing, or sharing unauthorized Convention materials or unverified information. Your cooperation will help ensure that all communications remain accurate, professional, unified, and consistent throughout the Convention planning process.

The Convention Committee strongly encourages all members, delegates, supporters, vendors, sponsors, and guests to reserve their hotel accommodations on or before August 5, 2026, to receive the official UNIBOA group discount. Let me first give thanks to God for your safe arrival back to your respective Chapters. For those that are en route, we wish you safe travels. On behalf of the National, I would like to thank my UNIBOA family and friends UNIBOA for making the 31st national convention a great success. It was kind of you to take out time of your busy life schedule to travel such a long distance to celebrate your cultural heritage. Thanks to our keynote speaker Mr. Staton Witherspoon, the National Board of Directors the Minster of Youth & Sports, the superintendent of Grand Bassa County, Counties officials, heads of National Organizations, heads of local Chapters, and all former past OPresidents for making the convention event more successful.
